Platform Usage Rules

  • Users agree to follow applicable laws and sports federation regulations while using the service.

Privacy & Data Handling

  • Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and relevant legislation.
  • Users must obtain consent from athletes before storing their personal or health data.
  • You are responsible for updating or deleting data when an athlete requests it.
  • Suspected data breaches must be reported to 4D Pro Athlete without delay.

Security Practices

  • Enable multi-factor authentication where available to protect your account.
  • Use strong, unique passwords and change them periodically.
  • Avoid accessing the platform from unsecured or public devices.
  • Report phishing attempts or suspicious emails to the support team.

Liability & Limitations

  • 4D Pro Athlete provides the platform on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect damages.
  • Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of training data and reports generated for athletes.
  • We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or security improvements.
  • Violations of these terms may result in restricted access or account termination.
