Delivery and Return Terms

As 4D Pro Athlete, most of the products and services we offer consist of digital content. Below you can find detailed information about access, delivery times and return rules.

Digital Product Delivery

Purchased programs, reports and membership packages are defined to your user account following confirmation of payment. Access is provided via verification link sent to your registered email address or in-app notification.

  • • Access is opened within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
  • • No physical product shipment is made, all content is digital.
  • • Calendar information for training sessions is shared via email.

Return Policy

Return processes for digital products are evaluated within the scope of relevant legislation. You can request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • • Must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • • A significant portion of the content must not have been consumed.
  • • Special conditions apply for corporate licenses and bulk purchases.

Return requests are approved after evaluation process and completed within 7 business days according to your payment method.

Subscription and Renewal

Subscription plans are renewed monthly or annually. If automatic renewal is active, users are notified 3 days before the renewal date. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your account.

Plan upgrade transactions are applied immediately by reflecting the payment difference. Plan downgrade requests take effect in the next renewal period.

Access to all content continues until the end of the current period for canceled subscriptions.
