Membership Agreement

This agreement outlines the rules, renewal processes, and responsibilities that apply when you activate or maintain a 4D Pro Athlete membership package.

Scope of Membership

  • Membership packages grant role-based access to the 4D Pro Athlete web and mobile applications.
  • Each package defines trainer and athlete limits that cannot be exceeded without upgrading the plan.
  • Corporate memberships may include multiple administrators and shared dashboards as specified in the package.
  • The services include training plan management, analytics dashboards, and communication tools described in the subscription details.

Payments & Renewal

  • Membership fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly).
  • Renewals are processed automatically unless cancelled from the billing settings before the renewal date.
  • Invoices and payment receipts are shared digitally with the account owner.
  • Any applicable taxes or additional charges are reflected on the invoice according to local regulations.

Termination & Suspension

  • Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.
  • You can cancel automatic renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend memberships that violate usage rules or create security risks.
  • Data retention after termination follows our privacy policy and legal obligations.

Member Responsibilities

  • Protect login credentials and restrict access to authorised team members.
  • Ensure athlete data uploaded to the platform complies with applicable privacy laws.
  • Keep payment information accurate and up to date for uninterrupted service.
  • Notify 4D Pro Athlete immediately if unauthorised access or suspicious activity is detected.
